Bruce Stanley is a writer, designer and innovation facilitator, and the creator of Day Crafting, a fresh approach to personal development built around the idea that a good life is shaped through the days we are actually living. His work draws on positive psychology, behavioural design and a wide career in adult education, facilitation and product development.
