It Is No Small Thing

You have heard it said*:

Is it no small a thing

To have enjoyed the sun,

To have lived light in the spring,

To have loved, to have thought,

to have done?

 

But I say unto you:

It is no small thing

To have enjoyed the sun,

To have lived light in the spring,

To have loved, to have thought,

   to have done.

It is no small thing,

It is everything.
